When should I activate my eSIM?
You can activate your eSIM anytime after purchase. Activating it before your trip ensures your internet connection starts smoothly.
Can I add data to my eSIM plan?
Yes. Go to the My eSIMs screen, select your eSIM plan, and tap “Top-Up eSIM”. Choose the amount you want and complete the payment.
Can I get a refund for plans purchased with a credit card or other payment methods?
If your phone doesn’t support eSIM or you didn’t use any data, you can request a refund. Depending on your payment method, refunds are processed within 7–10 days. Please contact customer support.
My trip was postponed—can I use my eSIM later?
Yes. You can activate your eSIM whenever you’re ready. Your plan duration starts when you activate the eSIM, so you can safely use it later if your trip is delayed.
Can I purchase more than one eSIM plan?
Yes. You can buy multiple eSIM plans and store them on your device. (Only one eSIM profile can be active at a time.)
