GLOBY - Purchase Policy

1) Overview
This Purchase Policy is part of the Globy Terms of Service and governs purchases made via the Globy app/website. eSIM plans are delivered electronically and instantly after successful payment.
Activation Trigger. Unless otherwise stated for a plan, validity starts at the earlier of (a) the moment the eSIM is activated on the device (installation + line enabled), or (b) the moment the device first attaches to a supported network in a covered country.
2) Payment Methods
Payments are processed via Stripe. Where supported by Stripe in your country, you may pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or major credit/debit cards. You authorize Globy (via Stripe) to charge your selected method for the total shown at checkout, including taxes and fees where applicable.
Withdrawal Consent (EU Digital Content). By requesting immediate delivery of an eSIM profile, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that once activation or any data usage occurs, you lose the statutory 14‑day withdrawal right under applicable consumer law. This does not affect Globy’s voluntary 180‑day refund policy for unused/unactivated plans.
3) Pricing, Taxes & Currency
Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by destination and currency. Taxes/VAT (if any) will be shown at checkout.
4) Delivery & Activation
Upon successful payment, your eSIM plan becomes available in the app with installation/activation instructions. A stable internet connection and an eSIM‑compatible, carrier‑unlocked device are required to install.
Installation Deadline. Unless otherwise specified, purchased eSIMs must be installed/activated within 180 days from the purchase date. After this period, Suppliers may void or reconfigure profiles, and Globy may be unable to reissue the plan.
5) Globy Credits
• Credits are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
• No Expiry: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, Globy Credits do not expire.
• If you purchase an eSIM plan using Credits and do not activate or use any data, you may request a credit reversal; any approved refund is issued back to Credits.
6) Cancellations & Refunds
• Unused plans (no activation/no data usage): You may request a refund within 180 days from the purchase date.
• Activated or used plans: Once an eSIM has been activated and/or any data is used, purchases are final and non‑refundable, except where required by law or explicitly permitted under a specific promotion.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (for fiat purchases) or back to Credits (for credit‑funded purchases). Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
Support SLA. We aim to respond to support requests within 48 hours on business days (non‑binding target).
7) Fraud & Abuse
If we detect fraud, payment manipulation, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized access, we may cancel transactions, revoke eSIM plans or Credits, and suspend accounts at our sole discretion.
8) Errors & Availability
We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing/availability error or compliance issue. If your payment method is charged for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund.
Force Majeure. Globy shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, Supplier outages, or regulatory actions.

10) Governing Law & VenueThis Policy is governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
